At heart, we're really just a bunch of Open Source nerds. Our flagship product, FreeRADIUS, is and will always be, free. We're not starry-eyed idealists, but are seasoned veterans who have seen Open Source go from an unknown newcomer to an industry leader. We firmly believe in the philosophy behind Open Source, and we're committed to keeping it part of our DNA.
Minimize bureaucracy, maximize productivity
Some workplaces subject their employees to multiple levels of middle management, micro-managing supervisors, and onerous processes.
InkBridge is the opposite of that.
We only hire people who are self-motivated, and who thrive on working independently with minimal supervision. Honestly, we would rather improve our products than micro-manage people, and we hire accordingly.
Active community members
We want technology to be better for everyone, not just our own customers. That's why our team actively participates in standards bodies that define how networks work all over the world. We have written or co-authored many IETF RFCs for RADIUS and adjacent technologies. We employ world experts in RADIUS, 802.1x, Bar Codes, and Eduroam standards. We know that standards bodies aren't for everyone, but if contributing to the greater good is important to you, you'll fit in well here.

We regularly go for competitive bids against technology giants like Nokia and Cisco - and win. We can do this even though we're a tiny fraction of their size, because our products are more capable, and are a better fit for our customers. Technical writer and QA Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer and QA Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves creating clear and concise documentation for our products and performing rigorous testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our RADIUS and FreeRADIUS solutions.
Senior Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to assist with the implementation, and support of our IT infrastructure. This includes planning, implementation and routine management of networks, server and storage infrastructure to ensure that it is fit for purpose and runs smoothly and securely. Strong communication skills are needed to work with both technical staff and project management.
